By incorporating glass fiber reinforced resin, the weight was reduced. The lighter device minimizes operator fatigue during extended examinations.

Dealers must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from AccuSpire prior to any return. Any and all returns without an RMA number will be refused.
Valid returns are subject to approval within 90 days from the original purchase date. Kowa will not accept return items after 90 days from the original purchase date.

➤ Returns must be shipped prepaid to Kowa.
➤ A copy of the original invoice must accompany the shipment.
➤ Discontinued, obsolete, used, or damaged products will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
➤ Items supplied by special order will not be accepted for return.
In addition to the restocking fee, Kowa may, at its sole discretion, charge a repackaging fee if returned products appear used and are unable to be directly resold.
