The ICO Near Vision Card was developed by the Illinois College of Optometry. One side contains LEA SYMBOLS® with 50% spaced rectangles (MassTest™ format) with line sizes ranging from 20/100 to 20/16 (6/30 to 6/4.8) equivalent, 0.20 to 1.25. The opposite side contains proportionally-spaced Sloan Letters with line sizes of 20/400 to 20/10 (6/120 to 6/3) equivalent, 0.05 to 2.00.
Dimensions: 3.75" x 6.25" (9.5 cm x 15.9 cm).
Testing distance: 16"/40 cm.
