Regular morning exercise

Regular exercise in the morning can ease many problems physically and mentally. Forty five minutes of cardio exercise or some aerobic exercise is recommended.

Avoid smoking

If you are smoking, quit it as soon as possible. Smoking is associated with a variety of problems ranging from cataracts to macular regeneration. It also causes lung associated diseases.

Wear sunglasses

The right pair of shades will prevent you from harmful Sun’s ultra violet rays. Too much UV exposure can also boost the chances of cataract and macular regeneration.
