An original series ETDRS eye chart with proportionally spaced (geometric progression) lines; line sizes range from 13/131 to 13/6.5 (4/40 to 4/2) equivalent. The other equivalents featured on this chart are letter size, 20 foot, 6 meter, decimal, and LogMAR. Features the standardized format used in National Eye Institute clinical studies and in low vision evaluations that require accurate and repeatable visual acuity measurements.
Available in 2 different versions: The Standard ETDRS style chart is printed on .01 thick styrene plastic making the chart more rigid. The Roll-Up ETDRS style chart is printed on .015 thick styrene plastic allowing the chart to be rolled up for easy transporting or storage. Both are UV coated for long-lasting durability.
The Standard version is ESV3000 ETDRS Clinical Trial Standardized Viewer and ESC2000 Illuminated ETDRS Clinical Trial Cabinet compatible.
Dimensions: 24.5" x 25.5" (62 cm x 65 cm).
Testing distance: 13 feet/4 meters.
